The Fraternity Docket

This is a catalog of fraternity brothers who allegedly hazed, abused, physically and sexually assaulted, raped, committed drug and alcohol related crimes, or were witnesses to those acts and chose to remain silent.
In most cases, justice failed through failed investigations, dropped charges or lesser punishments.

We believe social justice can be as powerful as legal justice.

Enough is enough.

Jane Doe
According to The Cornell Daily Sun, a former Cornell student identified as Jane Doe filed a civil lawsuit on September 14, 2026, alleging that she was sexually assaulted after being coerced into consuming drugs at the Chi Phi fraternity house on October 19–20, 2024. Gillio Lopes is one of seven current or former students named as defendants in the lawsuit. This summary describes allegations, not findings of fact by a court; it does not assert that every defendant committed the same acts. The Cornell Daily Sun reported on September 28, 2026 that the district attorney reopened the criminal investigation and had not yet decided whether to bring criminal charges. New York Attorney General Letitia James was subsequently appointed special prosecutor. No arrest, criminal charge, or conviction of this person has been verified in the cited sources; university disciplinary proceedings are separate from criminal proceedings.
