Alexander Michael Evanoff, 19, was arrested October 19, 2026 following allegations that he recorded a sexual encounter with a UNC Charlotte student without consent in a dormitory room on September 19, 2026 and shared the video in an SAE group chat with 32 members. Reporting describes two felony secret-peeping counts and one felony count of disclosing private images. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond; a November 5, 2026 court appearance was reported. UNC Charlotte said he was not currently enrolled. SAE said his bid for initiation was rescinded and he was never an official fraternity member. This is an incident record, not a verified fraternity-member entry. The cited reports establish allegations and an arrest, not a conviction. Alexander Michael Evanoff is expelled from university.
