The Fraternity Docket

This is a catalog of fraternity brothers who allegedly hazed, abused, physically and sexually assaulted, raped, committed drug and alcohol related crimes, or were witnesses to those acts and chose to remain silent.
In most cases, justice failed through failed investigations, dropped charges or lesser punishments.
We believe social justice can be as powerful as legal justice.
Enough is enough.

Summary of incident

University hazing investigation into the Kappa Alpha Psi Eta Chi chapter's September 2025 new-member activities at the University of Alabama. The university found new members were subjected to verbal and physical abuse resulting in injuries and coerced into personal servitude, physical discomfort, illegal and degrading activities, and were provided alcohol and drugs. Seven individuals were found responsible; no arrests were made. The chapter's university recognition was revoked through May 31, 2030.
