The Fraternity Docket

This is a catalog of fraternity brothers who allegedly hazed, abused, physically and sexually assaulted, raped, committed drug and alcohol related crimes, or were witnesses to those acts and chose to remain silent.
In most cases, justice failed through failed investigations, dropped charges or lesser punishments.

We believe social justice can be as powerful as legal justice.

Enough is enough.

Summary of incident

Madison Police reported arresting chapter vice president Samuel N. Vane and president Brayden J. Klein after responding to the AEPi house on September 23, 2026. Police described roughly 30 partially clothed men covered in food and other liquids, several with visible injuries consistent with physical assault. These are police-reported allegations, not findings of guilt. September 25 reporting said both men were released on bond and formal charges had not yet been filed; no later charging or conviction outcome was verified in the reviewed sources as of October 23, 2026. UW–Madison said the chapter lost university recognition in 2015. The official AEPi chapter roll identifies Madison as Pi, not Lambda.
