The Fraternity Docket

This is a catalog of fraternity brothers who allegedly hazed, abused, physically and sexually assaulted, raped, committed drug and alcohol related crimes, or were witnesses to those acts and chose to remain silent.
In most cases, justice failed through failed investigations, dropped charges or lesser punishments.

We believe social justice can be as powerful as legal justice.

Enough is enough.

THEY MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!

The irony

In response to Cornell sexual assault, Phi Delta Theta’s Chapter in TSU releases a statement.

SEXUAL VIOLENCE, HARASSMENT, AND COERCION HAVE NO PLACE IN OUR BROTHERHOOD. THEY HAVE NO PLACE ON A COLLEGE CAMPUS. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THEY HAVE NO PLACE IN A COMMUNITY WHERE EVERY PERSON SHOULD BE ABLE TO LIVE, LEARN, AND PARTICIPATE WITHOUT FEAR.
A statement from Phi Delta Theta

20 days later, new members are arrested in a hazing tradition that involves kidnapping of members.

Read that again.

The fraternity has a tradition of kidnapping members.

Summary of incident

San Marcos police responded to calls at about 10:40 p.m. on October 20, 2026, and reportedly arrested four Phi Delta Theta pledges the next day, including 19-year-old William Oldner (The University Star spells the surname "Older"; KSAT uses "Oldner"). Witnesses reported several men forcing an active member into a blue pickup while he yelled for them to let him go; those involved allegedly told officers it was "a tradition." Court records reportedly show each was charged with misdemeanor hazing (a Class B misdemeanor per The University Star) and given a magistrate warning. These are arrest allegations, not convictions; no later case outcome was verified in the cited reporting.
