The Fraternity Docket

This is a catalog of fraternity brothers who allegedly hazed, abused, physically and sexually assaulted, raped, committed drug and alcohol related crimes, or were witnesses to those acts and chose to remain silent.
In most cases, justice failed through failed investigations, dropped charges or lesser punishments.

We believe social justice can be as powerful as legal justice.

Enough is enough.

Alleged hazing; university cease-and-desist order

Summary of incident

Indiana University placed the Theta Chi chapter on cease-and-desist status on September 16, 2026, citing alleged hazing, per the Indiana Daily Student. The same report noted IUPD observed drug paraphernalia while responding to a fire-alarm call at the chapter house; police did not confirm it was related to the restriction. No arrests or criminal charges were reported in connection with the cease-and-desist, and no individual member is publicly named. Cease-and-desist is a university administrative action, not a criminal proceeding. IDS counted Theta Chi among five IU fraternities restricted during September 2026.
