The Fraternity Docket

This is a catalog of fraternity brothers who allegedly hazed, abused, physically and sexually assaulted, raped, committed drug and alcohol related crimes, or were witnesses to those acts and chose to remain silent.
In most cases, justice failed through failed investigations, dropped charges or lesser punishments.

We believe social justice can be as powerful as legal justice.

Enough is enough.

Summary of incident

Officers with the West Virginia University Police Department served search warrants at the Lambda Chi Alpha and Pi Kappa Alpha fraternities on Monday, Oct. 26, 2026, police said Tuesday. The warrants were served at 670 N. High St., the location of Lambda Chi Alpha, and at 117 Belmar Ave., the location of Pi Kappa Alpha, the university said. Local law enforcement agencies, including the Morgantown Police Department, supported the searches. Lambda Chi Alpha was placed on interim suspension on Oct. 9, 2026 following anonymous reports alleging hazing. Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. said it opened an investigation into alleged hazing at its Iota-Lambda Chapter at West Virginia University on Oct. 9, the day it received a report, and placed the chapter on interim suspension that day in collaboration with the university. The university said no further details would be released because of the nature of the investigations, and did not say what was seized or whether anyone was arrested. No charges have been reported in the cited coverage; the allegations remain unproven.
