The Fraternity Docket

This is a catalog of fraternity brothers who allegedly hazed, abused, physically and sexually assaulted, raped, committed drug and alcohol related crimes, or were witnesses to those acts and chose to remain silent.
In most cases, justice failed through failed investigations, dropped charges or lesser punishments.

We believe social justice can be as powerful as legal justice.

Enough is enough.

Summary of incident

Noah Kucera, of San Clemente, California, is one of seven Indiana University Bloomington Phi Kappa Psi members charged in Monroe Circuit Court on July 31, 2026, in connection with an alleged hazing event at the fraternity house on North Eagleson Avenue during the night of October 15 and early morning of October 16, 2025. Probable cause affidavits describe approximately 36 pledges ordered to perform push-ups, planks, squats and leg lifts for roughly three hours, after which about ten pledges were ordered into an ice bath and told to recite the fraternity creed. Two pledges were hospitalized and diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis, a potentially life-threatening condition caused by the breakdown of muscle tissue; doctors told investigators both also had acute kidney injuries and elevated liver enzymes. Kucera was allegedly present during the hazing, according to witnesses. Kucera was reportedly part of the Phi Kappa Psi "Member Education Committee." The fraternity was placed on cease and desist effective October 21, 2025, suspending all chapter activities, and the university and police investigations were ongoing at the time of the cited reports. A summons set an initial hearing for September 1, 2026. The charges are allegations; no conviction has been reported in the cited coverage.
