The Fraternity Docket

This is a catalog of fraternity brothers who allegedly hazed, abused, physically and sexually assaulted, raped, committed drug and alcohol related crimes, or were witnesses to those acts and chose to remain silent.
In most cases, justice failed through failed investigations, dropped charges or lesser punishments.

We believe social justice can be as powerful as legal justice.

Enough is enough.

Alleged hazing, endangering others and non-compliance with Office of Student Life policy; university cease-and-desist order

Summary of incident

Indiana University placed the Phi Sigma Kappa chapter on cease-and-desist effective October 21, 2026, suspending all organizational activities until further notice, citing hazing, endangering others and non-compliance with the Indiana University Office of Student Life social events policy, per the IU Office of Student Life disciplinary-status page. An IU spokesperson said the investigation is ongoing, and that a cease-and-desist directive is an interim measure used when there is an immediate threat or an ongoing investigation, barring the chapter from hosting, attending or participating in social, recruitment, membership-education and philanthropy or service events. Phi Sigma Kappa was the sixth fraternity placed on cease-and-desist during the fall semester, after Theta Chi, Delta Tau Delta, Beta Theta Pi, Pi Kappa Phi and Sigma Nu, and the eighth student organization then on the list. The chapter had previously been placed on cease-and-desist in March 2025 for endangering others. The cited reports name no individual member and report no arrests or criminal charges in connection with the October 2026 order. Cease-and-desist is a university administrative action, not a criminal proceeding.
