The Fraternity Docket

This is a catalog of fraternity brothers who allegedly hazed, abused, physically and sexually assaulted, raped, committed drug and alcohol related crimes, or were witnesses to those acts and chose to remain silent.
In most cases, justice failed through failed investigations, dropped charges or lesser punishments.

We believe social justice can be as powerful as legal justice.

Enough is enough.

THEY MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE!

Alleged hazing involving a substantial risk of bodily injury; university cease-and-desist order

Summary of incident

The IUPD Daily Crime and Fire Log recorded an allegation of hazing at the Sigma Nu chapter on September 20, 2026, describing a substantial risk of bodily injury, per the Indiana Daily Student. IU placed the chapter on cease-and-desist status on September 29, 2026, and the case was referred to university officials for review; the investigation was ongoing at the time of the cited reports. The reports do not describe specific alleged acts or identify a victim, report no criminal charges or arrests, and name no individual member. Cease-and-desist is a university administrative action, not a criminal proceeding. IDS and WFIU counted Sigma Nu as the fifth IU fraternity placed on cease-and-desist in September 2026, alongside Beta Theta Pi, Pi Kappa Phi, Theta Chi, and Delta Tau Delta.
